Ruth earned her Executive Master of Business Administration degree from the University of San Francisco, California, and her Bachelor of Arts degree in industrial psychology from Scripps College, Claremont, California. In addition to her formal
education, she is a certified AWS Cloud Practitioner, a certified Prosci Change Management professional, a graduate of Change Management Advanced Practitioner of Georgetown University, Washington, D.C., and an experienced LLS Black Belt Lean Sensei Practitioner. She continues her commitment to upskill and align her knowledge to current market trends.
Ruth is originally from Ethiopia and currently resides in Alexandra, VA. She also has two adult children who are launched and thriving in their chosen fields. When she is not hard at work, “I love spending time with my family and friends, traveling around the world, biking, hiking, mentoring young adults, cooking and reading.”
