Since 2001, he has led BLEN's diverse team of engineers and designers, driving the company’s growth and innovation. Mike excels in architecting cloud solutions on platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure, and has been instrumental in developing AI-enabled products.

Mike Endale is a Principal and Co-Founder at BLEN Corp, a leading digital agency based in Washington, DC, specializing in AI and human-centered design. With over 20 years of experience in the tech industry, Mike has a proven track record of innovation and leadership. 

Previously, Mike was the Co-Founder & CEO of Moxit, a software company that provided a complete tech stack for care providers. In 2021, Moxit was acquired by Wonderschool, a prominent edtech startup based in Silicon Valley. Following the acquisition, Mike served as Wonderschool's VP of Special Projects & Head of Engineering for CCMS.

Mike has dedicated considerable time to mentoring startup founders in Ethiopia and has been involved in numerous projects there. Recently, he was a speaker at the Inclusive FinTech Forum in Kigali and a public health forum at Harvard University among others. His experience spans both the private and public sectors, including consulting work for The White House and the Department of Education. In 2008, Mike co-founded the Washington, DC chapter of Ethiopians for Obama, showcasing his commitment to community engagement and political activism.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
